HIMMATWALA Releases Today!

The film "HIMMATWALA" which releases today features Ajay Devgn and southern actress Tamannaah Bhatia, who makes her Bollywood debut. According to what reports say, Sajid Khan has modified the original script to suit the sensibilities of the audiences of today and it genuinely happens to be a remake of the 1983 hit film Himmatwala. Sajid has completely rewritten the script...

According to Tamannaah Bhatia, the film might come with the tag of a remake, but when we see the film, we will notice that Sajid has completely rewritten the script. Except for a few things that have been taken from the original, the way characters are drawn with is completely different.

Absolute interestingly, Director Sajid Khan, who has earlier given hits like Heyy Babyy and Housefull, is confident that the movie will be a success and he knew his film will be a hit when he started writing it which is his review.  Sajid expresses that he don't even want a half-star review for Himmatwala and that he will not even read one review while he continued saying that he don't hate critics, but he feel that 90 percent of them don't love cinema as they are actually doing a job.

Moreover, actress Sonakshi Sinha will be seen doing the moonwalk in a peppy dance number titled Thank God It's Friday, in the film where she wears a retroactive look in the song inspired from Parveen Babi's look in Shaan and Sridevi from Chaalbaaz.

Other major highlights...

Ajay Devgn's grand entry, the newly created song Naino Mein Sapna which was a superhit in the original Himmatwala, and the song Dhoka Dhoka which according to reports has five item girls performing.

As a concluding fact, the film should be able to give the maximum entertainment to audience as promised by director Sajid Khan and rest all await and see!

Sanjay Dutt Conviction Zanjeer Pushed Into Pipeline?
 

Ram Charan Teja's prestigious Bollywood debut Zanjeer seems to be in a problem with the conviction of star actor Sanjay Dutt for possession of illegal arms.Sanjay Dutt Zanjeer movie, the remake of the famous film by Amitabh of the same name, is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia wherein Ram Charan plays the role that was played by Amitabh Bachchan while Sanjay Dutt plays Sher Khan (which was played by Pran in the original version), which happens to be a key role.

Apart from Zanjeer, Sanjay Dutt is acting in half-a-dozen movies including Munna Bhai 3. While all movies will be pushed into the pipeline for at least another three and half years (as Sanjay Dutt already spent 18 months in jail). It is known that Supreme Court today gave five-year jail term to him after he appealed against six years term by TADA court.

Notably, four weeks time was given by the apex court for Sanjay Dutt to surrender. What will now happen to Zanjeer has become a big question. Will director shoot all the scenes in short cut or at jet speed in these four weeks? If yes, then will Sanjay Dutt agree to it?

Right now there are so many questions going on in the minds of all Ram Charan Teja's fans. Chances of Zanjeer hitting screens in near future almost seems to be grim.

Bollywood Feels For Sanjay Dutt

All the Bollywood fraternity was shocked to learn that the Supreme Court ordered that Sanjay Dutt should serve 5 years in jail for his links to the 1993 serial Mumbai blasts with the possession of illegal arms. Expressing shock and sorrow with the verdict from the Apex court, they sympathized with Sanjay Dutt wishing him strength and courage to go through this.

After having served for 18 months, Sanjay Dutt, 53, will now have to serve another three and half years in jail causing further interruption to his already jeopardized career. He was given a months time to surrender.

Sanjay has already signed three major movies with big investments like Zanjeer remake with Ram Charan Tej of Tollywood, Policegiri, and Peekay. Rajkumar Hirani's Peekay the sequel to the Munna Bhai series is completely in doldrums now.

Karan Johar: "I am truly shattered to hear of Sanju's sentence... the nicest guy I have known just doesn't deserve this... My heart goes out to him." He has recently signed Sanjay for a movie, Ungli.

3rd Munna Bhai director, Subash Kapoor: I am in shock and surprised. I personally expected the Supreme Court to be more lenient to him. Have no words to express my shock

Kunal Kohli had a strong opinion: "The '93 blast case should not be made about Sanjay Dutt. The Real planners are sitting safely in Pakistan like Osama Bin Laden was."

In the Supreme Court judgement for the 1993 Mumbai blasts pronounced today, Sanjay Dutt got five years imprisonment.

The Bollywood fraternity rushed to Sanjay Dutt's aid after the judgement by the Supreme Court was announced. Noted personalities like Vidya Balan, Raj Kumar Hirani and many others were spotted entering the actors house.

Moreover, the actor's well-wishers and friends from the film industry came out in support on micro blogging site Twitter:

Naseeruddin Shah Rated Madhuri Dixit

Naseeruddin Shah rated Madhuri Dixit On Par with Madhubala! 

 

Legendary actor Naseeruddin Shah is having a ball in Lucknow shooting for Abhishek Choubey’s Dedh Ishqiya, the sequel to the well-received Ishqiya.

Mr. Shah says that the sequel is better scripted than part one and his co-star is Madhuri Dixit adds to Naseer’s sense of enjoyment, while he confessed that is  a Madhuri Dixit fan.

In fact, he added on saying he is not embarrassed to say this that he rate her on a par with Waheeda Rehman and Madhubala while he says that he was also in MF Hussain’s Gaja Gamini, the one that nobody understood and that he tried very hard to understand what was going in the film.

Hidden fact if at all....

There can be no doubt that Hussain saab admired Madhuri therefore he decided to make a movie around her. In fact, there was no story or anything rather it was just a series of beautiful images which were totally abstract and non-cinematic.

Mr. Shah added that he thinks he was trying to create a new language in cinema.

Naseerji is glad...

Dedh Ishqiya is the first film that gives Naseeruddin Shah a chance to enjoy Madhuri’s presence as a co-star and he is glad about the fact that he is finally doing a film with Madhuri that has a plot and some substance.

Mr. Shah stressed on the fact that  in Gaja Gamini they had no scenes together and he is  amazed to see her at work in Dedh Ishqiya where she is playing her age very elegantly.

Undoubtedly, Madhuri Dixit is a symbol of excellence for the Indian Cinema!
