Junglee Billis Love

Chopra who is called 'Junglee Billi' by Sharukh Khan in Don-2 has shown
her love for the wild cats. Law does not allow her to adopt and keep a
tiger at home. Alternative is to keep them at the zoo and pay for its
maintenance and that is what exactly she did.
Priyanka
adopted a lioness at Birsa Munda Zoological Park near Ranchi. Last year
she did the same act adopting a tigress for one year.
It is a
big heart that is needed to love the co existing animals. An adoption
or a donation shows their love alright! Her act of kindness was
appreciated by zoo authorities-great!
But why
do we disturb the natural habitats and again try to create an artificial
environment? Just to show that we love wild animals, we care them and
we are concerned about them? Or is it to make them available in safe
cages for the sake of human beings to know, study and be amused by
seening them?
Anyhow,
it is good to see that the celebrities come out of their own cages and
show humanity. Zoo authorities said that maintenance of one to 11 years
will be accepted and the amount will be spent on that particular animal
that is adopted.
